What a show! Darn good recording.
The band was red hot and ready for this show, or the energy of the crowd was a powerful stimulant, or both.
From the first song Jerry is on fire. This is from that streak in '93 where Jerry seemed to be making a comeback, really firing "on all cylinders", seemed to feel good - had the words down, and the guitar - oh man, the guitar!!
As I look for "gems" in the last years after Brent's death, this one is one of the most beautiful.
The recording is outside, and at first seems disappointing - but everything is there, and the spread is wide and complete - and balanced. After a few minutes one realises this is a pretty darn true reproduction of this outside show, and one wonderful concert.
